At this stage, we only do Australia National deliveries.
Delivery:
- Our couriers include Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, TNT and some others for bulk orders.
- If you are not satisfied with the postage, please contact us for a cheaper rate.
- Orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days from receiving payment.
- Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7am – 5pm.
- Delivery times quoted can vary slightly depending on stock availability and exact delivery location.
- You may add special delivery instructions as you place your order.
- A signature is normally required for delivery.
- Please make sure you will provide a residential or business address, because we cannot deliver to Post office boxes,
- A business address is one that is located in a business district
- For urgent orders we can arrange Express delivery for an additional cost, please contact us for further details.
- Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it, we will not be liable for any consequential loss occurred during the delivery process.
Pick Up:
When you have completed your order, select the “pick up” option at the shipping step in the checkout process. This will allow you to come to our warehouse and pick up your order. Goods can be picked up Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. But please contact us to arrange a time before coming in.
